Christine Arredondo, the founder of San Antonio's Gourmet Olive Oils, brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the world of olive oil. Retired from the Marine Corps in 2013, Christine discovered her love for olive oil while learning about its rich history and health benefits in California. With a mission to share this knowledge with her hometown, she established San Antonio's Gourmet Olive Oils. Born and raised in San Antonio, Christine is deeply committed to her community. She offers a unique, educational experience in her store, helping customers understand the true essence and quality of olive oil.
